Production, shipping and payment
The standard delivery time for all goods is 20 to 30 working days from the date on which the agreed price is credited to the operator’s bank account.
In exceptional circumstances, we may extend the delivery time by a further five working days. If, for serious reasons, the jewellery cannot be delivered within the period stated above, the customer will be informed immediately and must agree to any delivery time exceeding 30 working days. A working day means any weekday other than Saturday or Sunday, excluding public holidays and other non-working days.

PAYMENT METHODS
The total amount can be divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and the remaining balance upon collection. If you would like to use this option, please contact us so that we can arrange it.
