We make this necklace in two heart sizes - 10 x 9 mm and 15 x 18 mm. A smaller size is suitable for a lady who likes to layer jewellery and wear several minimalistic necklaces at once, and on the contrary, a larger heart size will suit a lady who prefers to wear one, more expressive piece of jewellery.
